ANAPC10

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, ANAPC10 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 727 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ANAPC10-associated genes across cancer lineages are GPR75-ASB3, SNRPGP17, and RBAK-RBAKDN. Each is linked with ANAPC10 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ANAPC10-to-partner and partner-to-ANAPC10 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, GPR75-ASB3 grouped by ANAPC10-low versus ANAPC10-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ANAPC10→partner) and Y-score (partner→ANAPC10) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
