Across TCGA cell cohorts, ANAPC10 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 3,241 significant associations in total. SKIN shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ANAPC10-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are DAMP biosynthetic process, Purine deoxyribonucleoside monophosphate biosynthetic process, and U1 snRNA 3'-end processing. Each is linked with ANAPC10 in more than 13 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ANAPC10-to-partner and partner-to-ANAPC10 results are reported.
