AMZ2P1

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, AMZ2P1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 18,905 significant associations in total. UVM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible AMZ2P1-associated genes across cancer lineages are OSER1-DT, LINC00909, and GTF2IRD2B. Each is linked with AMZ2P1 in more than 30 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both AMZ2P1-to-partner and partner-to-AMZ2P1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile.

RNA expression associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (AMZ2P1→partner) and Y-score (partner→AMZ2P1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
