AMYP1

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, AMYP1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 3,993 significant associations in total. PDAC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible AMYP1-associated proteins across cancer lineages are ZZEF1_S1464, ZZEF1_S1518, and RCN3. Each is linked with AMYP1 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both AMYP1-to-partner and partner-to-AMYP1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (AMYP1→partner) and Y-score (partner→AMYP1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
