Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, AMY1B Mutation is linked to patient survival in 1 of 34 cancer types, making it a survival-associated AMY1B data layer compared with 15 for mass-spec protein.
The strongest signal is observed in bladder urothelial carcinoma (BLCA), where higher AMY1B Mutation is associated with worse overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated AMY1B expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker.
BLCA are the cancer types where AMY1B Mutation most reproducibly stratifies survival.
