AMY1B

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, AMY1B RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 7,271 significant associations in total. PDAC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible AMY1B-associated proteins across cancer lineages are CCDC47, COBLL1, and CP. Each is linked with AMY1B in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both AMY1B-to-partner and partner-to-AMY1B results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, AMY1B versus CCDC47 in PDAC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.34.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (AMY1B→partner) and Y-score (partner→AMY1B) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
