AMPH

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, AMPH mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 70 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible AMPH-associated genes across cancer lineages are LRRC10, OR2J3, and HTR3B. Each is linked with AMPH in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both AMPH-to-partner and partner-to-AMPH results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, LRRC10 grouped by AMPH-low versus AMPH-high in OESOPHAGUS.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (AMPH→partner) and Y-score (partner→AMPH) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
