AMPD1

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, AMPD1 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 5,435 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible AMPD1-associated genes across cancer lineages are ALAS1, TIPIN, and RN7SKP112. Each is linked with AMPD1 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both AMPD1-to-partner and partner-to-AMPD1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, ALAS1 grouped by AMPD1-low versus AMPD1-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (AMPD1→partner) and Y-score (partner→AMPD1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
