AMOTL1

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, AMOTL1 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 270 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible AMOTL1-associated genes across cancer lineages are GAGE13, RABGGTB, and TBC1D3. Each is linked with AMOTL1 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both AMOTL1-to-partner and partner-to-AMOTL1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, GAGE13 grouped by AMOTL1-low versus AMOTL1-high in LUNG_NSCLC_LUAD.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (AMOTL1→partner) and Y-score (partner→AMOTL1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
