AMOT

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, AMOT RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 17,915 significant associations in total. HNSC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible AMOT-associated proteins across cancer lineages are AMOT_S229, SH3BGRL2, and DDX21_S89. Each is linked with AMOT in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both AMOT-to-partner and partner-to-AMOT results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, AMOT versus AMOT_S229 in LSCC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.75.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (AMOT→partner) and Y-score (partner→AMOT) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
