Across TCGA patient cohorts, AMOT protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 8,421 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible AMOT-associated genes across cancer lineages are NR3C2, BDH2, and S1PR1. Each is linked with AMOT in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both AMOT-to-partner and partner-to-AMOT results are reported.
