Across TCGA patient cohorts, AMOT mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 52 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible AMOT-associated genes across cancer lineages are 4E-BP1, PCNA, and PDCD4. Each is linked with AMOT in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both AMOT-to-partner and partner-to-AMOT results are reported.
