AMOT

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, AMOT mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 351 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible AMOT-associated genes across cancer lineages are CT45A7, DCAF11, and BCDIN3D. Each is linked with AMOT in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both AMOT-to-partner and partner-to-AMOT results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, CT45A7 grouped by AMOT-low versus AMOT-high in UPPER_AERODIGESTIVE_TRACT.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (AMOT→partner) and Y-score (partner→AMOT) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
