AMN1

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, AMN1 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 17 significant associations in total. LUNG_NSCLC_LUSC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible AMN1-associated genes across cancer lineages are VSIG4, HTR5A, and OR4S1. Each is linked with AMN1 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both AMN1-to-partner and partner-to-AMN1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, VSIG4 grouped by AMN1-low versus AMN1-high in LUNG_NSCLC_LUSC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (AMN1→partner) and Y-score (partner→AMN1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
