AMN

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, AMN protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 2,624 significant associations in total. CCRCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible AMN-associated genes across cancer lineages are UPB1, MAPK1, and GGT1. Each is linked with AMN in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both AMN-to-partner and partner-to-AMN results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, AMN versus UPB1 in CCRCC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.53.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (AMN→partner) and Y-score (partner→AMN) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
