AMN

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, AMN mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 49 significant associations in total. BLCA shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible AMN-associated genes across cancer lineages are MTCO2P17, CASKP1, and RN7SL110P. Each is linked with AMN in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both AMN-to-partner and partner-to-AMN results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, MTCO2P17 grouped by AMN-low versus AMN-high in SKCM.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (AMN→partner) and Y-score (partner→AMN) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
