Across TCGA cell cohorts, AMN RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 4,464 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Lymphoma shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible AMN-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Bundle of His cell-Purkinje myocyte adhesion involved in cell communication, Cytotoxic T cell degranulation, and Peptidyl-lysine oxidation. Each is linked with AMN in more than 8 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both AMN-to-partner and partner-to-AMN results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, Bundle of His cell-Purkinje myocyte adhesion involved in cell communication grouped by AMN-low versus AMN-high in BLOOD_Lymphoma.
