AMMECR1LP1

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, AMMECR1LP1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 9,535 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible AMMECR1LP1-associated proteins across cancer lineages are STXBP1, DDAH1, and MAP2. Each is linked with AMMECR1LP1 in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both AMMECR1LP1-to-partner and partner-to-AMMECR1LP1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, AMMECR1LP1 versus STXBP1 in GBM, with a Pearson correlation of 0.57.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (AMMECR1LP1→partner) and Y-score (partner→AMMECR1LP1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
