Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, AMMECR1LP1 RNA is linked to patient survival in 10 of 34 cancer types, making it the most broadly survival-associated AMMECR1LP1 data layer.

The strongest signal is observed in lung adenocarcinoma (LUAD), where higher AMMECR1LP1 RNA is associated with worse disease-free survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated AMMECR1LP1 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as ACC and KICH show a favorable association.

LUAD, KIRP, and ACC are the cancer types where AMMECR1LP1 RNA most reproducibly stratifies survival.
