Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, AMMECR1 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 2,761 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible AMMECR1-associated genes across cancer lineages are PTP4A1P5, MIR6857, and MIR513B. Each is linked with AMMECR1 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both AMMECR1-to-partner and partner-to-AMMECR1 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, PTP4A1P5 grouped by AMMECR1-low versus AMMECR1-high in LGG.
mutation associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (AMMECR1→partner) and Y-score (partner→AMMECR1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
