AMIGO3

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, AMIGO3 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 271 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible AMIGO3-associated genes across cancer lineages are CBY1, DHDH, and ZNF330. Each is linked with AMIGO3 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both AMIGO3-to-partner and partner-to-AMIGO3 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, CBY1 grouped by AMIGO3-low versus AMIGO3-high in LARGE_INTESTINE.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (AMIGO3→partner) and Y-score (partner→AMIGO3) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
