AMIGO2

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, AMIGO2 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 14,461 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible AMIGO2-associated proteins across cancer lineages are PDLIM4, DAPK3, and CNN2. Each is linked with AMIGO2 in more than 6 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both AMIGO2-to-partner and partner-to-AMIGO2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, AMIGO2 versus PDLIM4 in OV, with a Pearson correlation of 0.42.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (AMIGO2→partner) and Y-score (partner→AMIGO2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
