AMIGO2

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → PROTEIN-RPPAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, AMIGO2 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 31 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible AMIGO2-associated genes across cancer lineages are eEF2, MEK1, and C-Raf. Each is linked with AMIGO2 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both AMIGO2-to-partner and partner-to-AMIGO2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, eEF2 grouped by AMIGO2-low versus AMIGO2-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (AMIGO2→partner) and Y-score (partner→AMIGO2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
