Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, AMHR2 Mutation is linked to patient survival in 10 of 34 cancer types, making it a survival-associated AMHR2 data layer compared with 21 for mass-spec protein and 4 for mass-spec protein.

The strongest signal is observed in thymoma (THYM), where higher AMHR2 Mutation is associated with worse overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated AMHR2 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as STAD and UCEC show a favorable association.

THYM, HNSC, and BRCA are the cancer types where AMHR2 Mutation most reproducibly stratifies survival.
