Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, AMHR2 mass-spec protein is linked to patient survival in 4 of 34 cancer types, making it a survival-associated AMHR2 data layer compared with 21 for mass-spec protein and 10 for mutation status.

The strongest signal is observed in head and neck squamous cell carcinoma (HNSC), where higher AMHR2 mass-spec protein is associated with worse overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated AMHR2 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as GBM show a favorable association.

HNSC, LUAD, and CCRCC are the cancer types where AMHR2 mass-spec protein most reproducibly stratifies survival.
