AMH

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, AMH RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 8,836 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible AMH-associated proteins across cancer lineages are EPHB2_S776, ENDOG, and MAD2L1. Each is linked with AMH in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both AMH-to-partner and partner-to-AMH results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, AMH versus EPHB2_S776 in UCEC, with a Pearson correlation of -0.33.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (AMH→partner) and Y-score (partner→AMH) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
