AMH

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, AMH RNA expression is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 8,918 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible AMH-associated genes across cancer lineages are YJEFN3, ADM5, and ASIC3. Each is linked with AMH in more than 14 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both AMH-to-partner and partner-to-AMH results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, AMH versus YJEFN3 in BREAST, with a Pearson correlation of 0.46.

RNA expression associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (AMH→partner) and Y-score (partner→AMH) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
