AMH

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, AMH mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 32 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Lymphoma shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible AMH-associated genes across cancer lineages are GPR119, FGF6, and SLCO1C1. Each is linked with AMH in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both AMH-to-partner and partner-to-AMH results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, GPR119 grouped by AMH-low versus AMH-high in BLOOD_Lymphoma.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (AMH→partner) and Y-score (partner→AMH) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
