AMFR

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, AMFR RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 13,481 significant associations in total. BRCA shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible AMFR-associated proteins across cancer lineages are EXOC7, KATNB1, and ARL2BP. Each is linked with AMFR in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both AMFR-to-partner and partner-to-AMFR results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, AMFR versus EXOC7 in PDAC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.39.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (AMFR→partner) and Y-score (partner→AMFR) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
