AMD1

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, AMD1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 12,803 significant associations in total. BRCA shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible AMD1-associated proteins across cancer lineages are NCAPD2, KPNA2, and MCM3. Each is linked with AMD1 in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both AMD1-to-partner and partner-to-AMD1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, AMD1 versus NCAPD2 in BRCA, with a Pearson correlation of 0.51.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (AMD1→partner) and Y-score (partner→AMD1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
