AMD1

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, AMD1 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 1,149 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible AMD1-associated genes across cancer lineages are MIR7702, OR6K5P, and RNU6-391P. Each is linked with AMD1 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both AMD1-to-partner and partner-to-AMD1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, MIR7702 grouped by AMD1-low versus AMD1-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (AMD1→partner) and Y-score (partner→AMD1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
