AMBP

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, AMBP RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 10,764 significant associations in total. PDAC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible AMBP-associated proteins across cancer lineages are ELAPOR1, RAP1GAP, and TRIM29_S21. Each is linked with AMBP in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both AMBP-to-partner and partner-to-AMBP results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, AMBP versus ELAPOR1 in LUAD, with a Pearson correlation of 0.32.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (AMBP→partner) and Y-score (partner→AMBP) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
