AMBP

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, AMBP protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 15,146 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible AMBP-associated genes across cancer lineages are F13A1, CD93, and RHOJ. Each is linked with AMBP in more than 7 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both AMBP-to-partner and partner-to-AMBP results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, AMBP versus F13A1 in GBM, with a Pearson correlation of 0.53.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (AMBP→partner) and Y-score (partner→AMBP) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
