AMBP

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, AMBP mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 2,008 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible AMBP-associated genes across cancer lineages are SLC5A4P1, RN7SL132P, and MIR193BHG. Each is linked with AMBP in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both AMBP-to-partner and partner-to-AMBP results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, SLC5A4P1 grouped by AMBP-low versus AMBP-high in LUAD.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (AMBP→partner) and Y-score (partner→AMBP) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
