AMACR

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, AMACR RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 8,567 significant associations in total. BRCA shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible AMACR-associated proteins across cancer lineages are DAP, FBXO4, and TRIO_S2429. Each is linked with AMACR in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both AMACR-to-partner and partner-to-AMACR results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, AMACR versus DAP in LSCC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.30.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (AMACR→partner) and Y-score (partner→AMACR) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
