Across TCGA cell cohorts, ALX4 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 2,940 significant associations in total. BONE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ALX4-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Protein localization to nucleus, Mitochondrial electron transport, cytochrome c to oxygen, and Transcription initiation at RNA polymerase II promoter. Each is linked with ALX4 in more than 10 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ALX4-to-partner and partner-to-ALX4 results are reported.
