ALX3

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → IMMUNEPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, ALX3 mutation is significantly associated with the immune_cell of many other genes, with 3 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ALX3-associated genes across cancer lineages are Neutrophils, CD8+ Tcm, and Class-switched memory B-cells. Each is linked with ALX3 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ALX3-to-partner and partner-to-ALX3 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, Neutrophils grouped by ALX3-low versus ALX3-high in KIRP.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ALX3→partner) and Y-score (partner→ALX3) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
