ALX1

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, ALX1 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 181 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ALX1-associated genes across cancer lineages are BCAS2, DPH2, and EPSTI1. Each is linked with ALX1 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ALX1-to-partner and partner-to-ALX1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, BCAS2 grouped by ALX1-low versus ALX1-high in LARGE_INTESTINE.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ALX1→partner) and Y-score (partner→ALX1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
