Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, ALS2CL Mutation is linked to patient survival in 7 of 34 cancer types, making it a survival-associated ALS2CL data layer compared with 22 for mass-spec protein and 4 for mass-spec protein.

The strongest signal is observed in uterine carcinosarcoma (UCS), where higher ALS2CL Mutation is associated with worse overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated ALS2CL expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker.

UCS, LUAD, and KIRC are the cancer types where ALS2CL Mutation most reproducibly stratifies survival.
