Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, ALPP protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 1,580 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible ALPP-associated genes across cancer lineages are LINC01133, BMPR1B-DT, and GID4. Each is linked with ALPP in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ALPP-to-partner and partner-to-ALPP results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, ALPP versus LINC01133 in LSCC, with a Pearson correlation of -0.29.
protein abundance associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ALPP→partner) and Y-score (partner→ALPP) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
