Across TCGA patient cohorts, ALPP mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 27 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ALPP-associated genes across cancer lineages are ERK2, MEK1, and p27_pT198. Each is linked with ALPP in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ALPP-to-partner and partner-to-ALPP results are reported.
