Across TCGA cell cohorts, ALPP RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 3,110 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ALPP-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Protein localization to cell-cell junction, Negative regulation of stress fiber assembly, and Regulation of cardiac muscle tissue development. Each is linked with ALPP in more than 9 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ALPP-to-partner and partner-to-ALPP results are reported.
