ALPP

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, ALPP mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 188 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ALPP-associated genes across cancer lineages are FAM205A, H2BC1, and H2AC1. Each is linked with ALPP in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ALPP-to-partner and partner-to-ALPP results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, FAM205A grouped by ALPP-low versus ALPP-high in LARGE_INTESTINE.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ALPP→partner) and Y-score (partner→ALPP) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
