ALPK3

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → PROTEIN-RPPAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, ALPK3 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 71 significant associations in total. COAD shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ALPK3-associated genes across cancer lineages are ASNS, MYH11, and Caveolin-1. Each is linked with ALPK3 in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ALPK3-to-partner and partner-to-ALPK3 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, ASNS grouped by ALPK3-low versus ALPK3-high in COAD.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ALPK3→partner) and Y-score (partner→ALPK3) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
