ALPK1

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, ALPK1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 20,214 significant associations in total. UVM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ALPK1-associated genes across cancer lineages are RNASEL, SLFN5, and IRF2. Each is linked with ALPK1 in more than 33 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ALPK1-to-partner and partner-to-ALPK1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, ALPK1 versus RNASEL in UCS, with a Pearson correlation of 0.57.

RNA expression associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ALPK1→partner) and Y-score (partner→ALPK1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
