ALPK1

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, ALPK1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 9,636 significant associations in total. UPPER_AERODIGESTIVE_TRACT shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ALPK1-associated genes across cancer lineages are PARP14, KIAA1109, and RNASEL. Each is linked with ALPK1 in more than 12 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ALPK1-to-partner and partner-to-ALPK1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, ALPK1 versus PARP14 in LUNG_SCLC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.53.

RNA expression associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ALPK1→partner) and Y-score (partner→ALPK1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
