ALPK1

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, ALPK1 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 794 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ALPK1-associated genes across cancer lineages are OR2L8, OR8B4, and DPH5. Each is linked with ALPK1 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ALPK1-to-partner and partner-to-ALPK1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, OR2L8 grouped by ALPK1-low versus ALPK1-high in OVARY.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ALPK1→partner) and Y-score (partner→ALPK1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
