Across TCGA patient cohorts, ALPI RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 6,334 significant associations in total. TGCT shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ALPI-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Primary alcohol metabolic process, Digestive system process, and Nucleoside bisphosphate catabolic process. Each is linked with ALPI in more than 10 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ALPI-to-partner and partner-to-ALPI results are reported.
