Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, ALPI RNA is linked to patient survival in 19 of 34 cancer types, making it the most broadly survival-associated ALPI data layer compared with 7 for mutation status and 2 for mass-spec protein.

The strongest signal is observed in lung adenocarcinoma (LUAD), where higher ALPI RNA is associated with worse overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated ALPI expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as KIRC and MESO show a favorable association.

LUAD, ACC, and DLBC are the cancer types where ALPI RNA most reproducibly stratifies survival.
