Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, ALPI protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 708 significant associations in total. CCRCC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible ALPI-associated genes across cancer lineages are SLC14A1, RNU6-103P, and SMCR2. Each is linked with ALPI in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ALPI-to-partner and partner-to-ALPI results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, ALPI versus SLC14A1 in PDAC, with a Pearson correlation of -0.41.
protein abundance associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ALPI→partner) and Y-score (partner→ALPI) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
